Granulated Glazes (Pellet)

Pellet or granulated glazes are compositions of glazes that with spray-dryer system are converted in glaze particles. Esmaltes S.A. have a rich offer of pellets, divided by chemical composition, fusion point or particle size. In this product group we offer pellet grains from sizes 1mm. to 65 micrometers. The most important advantages of using pellet instead dry glazes (granilla) are: Absence of unmelted particles that occure with granilla. Spheric form of particle, much better than irregular form of granilla, that makes pellet much more fluid and easier to apply either via dry or wet applications. Body colouring that pellet permits and dry glazes not.
